What's this Weird Jaguar Hybrid Seen Parked on the Ladder?

At a casual a glance you'd think it's a Jaguar, but look again...

Is it just a kit car, or some terrible retro variant that never hit the sales room?

Excuse the eccentric angles on the photos, I was driving when I saw this at the bottom of Hewitt Road. I grabbed my phone and jumped out of the car to get these two snatched shots.

Oh, the Mitsutoka! My guess is that it's a personalised number plate. If my memory serves me right, the first time round G was 1968 and this car is modern, I think. Check the web link above the ad picture.
