What is with that truck on Burgoyne Road?

I see a truck named "Mash thoughts for food" and it is parking on the street.  Nothing wrong with that.  But what I find odd is very often the back door is open for hours with nothing in it and today it was double parked without any cars parking on the curb side.  (i.e. In the middle of the street...)  It has at least been around for the past two weeks or so.  Does anyone know what this is about?
