What is Behind a Photo/ Icon?
I saw a post about Elisa's photo a moment ago and it made me think about a few great ones I had seen recently. I especailly liked Pete B's image of Brian Blessed in Flash Gordon!
I am curious, but there are a stack of different images used by folks on HoL, and I wanted to see who has the best, Photo/Icon, and the best reasons behind choosing that image?
For me, a bit boring, but I like Banksy and I really liked this mage when I first saw it!

Although you can't really make mine out, it's a railway station/yard in Siberia that I took last year. I chose it for the simple reason that it was the only picture I had saved on my work computer when I created my HoL profile!

My photo is of a photographers scrum outside New scotland yard when the decision was released as to whether anyone was to be prosecuted over Ian Tomlinsons death. I chose it because the previous photo of my face was 'scaring everyone'.

Mine is the Cobbler, a mountain just West of Loch Lomond, which I walked up with my girlfriend, and then later climbed in the snow on my stag do.

My name is Ray and the image is the album cover to It's A Shame About Ray by the Lemonheads.
I bought the album purely on a whim when it came out because it had my name in the title and my sister's in one of the song titles [Alison's Starting To Happen].
it was a choice between that and a manipulated image of the eBay logo which reads eRay and to me means electronic Ray.
