Wanted: Small business administration system development/tech support person

I have a small plumbing business and am looking for a small business administration development/tech support person to occasionally partner me on better developing my tech and small business support systems ie accounts, book-keeping, diary, contacts, jobs details, communications (email, text, WhatsApp). 

I am thinking currently maybe ½ day (4 hours) monthly possibly fortnightly. I don’t think I need some high-tech person or someone particularly knowledgeable of business systems.  More someone with a reasonable knowledge of both that I can talk to and effectively partner me in developing these systems.

More particularly maybe a good knowledge of the main systems I use: Windows and Android operating systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and some knowledge of business administration ie Sales book (receipts), systems tracking payments (currently use email and my banks app - Starling), and systems to track jobs from initial ‘contacts’ to final completion of the job and maintaining records after the job just in case any issues or follow up tasks. Maybe some knowledge of profit and loss and balance sheets would also be useful.  

Currently I am looking to migrate at least my business emails and contacts from Google mail and contacts across to Microsoft.  The small community I live in (5 people who have shared bank account and share food and bills) also need some help with managing their accounts.
