This course is designed for people with basic computer skills and will allow
you to gain confidence in using Microsoft Word

Bite Size: Introducing Excel
This course will introduce you to using the internet and e-mail to find
information on range of topics. As well as set up your own web based e-mail
account.

Introducing Word (CLAiT)
Continuation course from Bite size Word, this practical course will follow the
CLAiT syllabus with an option of sitting the exam if you wish.

empowering mind and body workout designed to improve your muscle
control, flexibility, strength, breathing and posture.

This course covers basic materials, techniques and approaches to drawing
and painting with watercolour pencils. You will explore methods to improve
drawing from observation as well as using your imagination to create

Spanish Beginners
This course is for complete beginners or near beginners with emphasis on
speaking, listening and basic grammar skills. The aim is to be able to
communicate in the language in everyday situations.
