Volunteers needed to Help Prepare Hornsey Church Tower Garden for Open Day

This from the Friends of Hornsey Church Tower:

It's a busy time of year for Friends of Hornsey Church Tower!  There's the regular Gardening Morning on Saturday 12 September between 10.30 am & 1.00 pm when we need to prepare the Garden of Remembrance and the churchyard for both the Tower 'Open House' afternoon, which is part of the London-wide Open House event on Sunday 20 September, and for a visit from the Green Community Flag judge during this Gardening Morning. 

Jobs that need doing include deadheading and weeding, cutting back overgrown undergrowth, completing the hedge cutting on the High Street, and, of course the litter pick.  Your help would be most welcome.  

As there's lots to do, I'm slotting in an extra Gardening Morning. If you're free, and would like to come to help, it's this Thursday 10 September between 10.30 am & 1.00 pm.
