Volunteer Opportunity

The role: Outreach Project Assistant with the Hornsey Pensioners Action Group (HPAG) required to start July/August 2015

Our group has secured Lottery Funding for a project to publicise our work in improving the position of pensioners locally and nationally. We are looking for someone who can help us communicate with and reach older people to join our community group. The successful volunteer will be a confident and friendly communicator and experienced computer user.

Time commitment: 1 day a week up to 40 weeks. Expenses: all reasonable and agreed expenses reimbursed up to a maximum of £20 a day.

Benefits: an opportunity to develop new and existing skills and gain experience volunteering in a growing local community group. Induction and support provided.
