Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I’m a bit confused whether you need parking permits over the festive period? 
it’s a bank holiday? But it seems to suggest that some restrictions do apply on these few days? 

can anyone help clarify?

This is what Haringey say, including a day-by-day guide to Christmas and New Year 2021-22:

Today is not a Bank Holiday - Monday and Tuesday are. Parking controls remain in force, though with slightly reduced hours of enforcement.

Locally, on the Ladder and in the Gardens there are no Sunday parking controls.
