Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Just had another twenty-four hours without Virgin broadband or TV - after being put on hold to the customer services for twenty minutes, they booked an appointment for a technician to visit on Thursday. Then today I got an automated mobile call saying that they had identified a local fault, the technician had been cancelled and if I wanted more information I could look online!! (Slightly difficult with no internet service.) It is all up and running again now, apparently OK. Very frustrating - it's our second outage in a month, the last one lasted several days, although the TV worked that time.

have the same but just with broadband

broadband is awful down here in lothair. has been for months now.

Yes, similar story - 2 whole days withouy broadband or tv - saw the engineer working at the bottom of my road [Umfreville] for the second time. There is an automatic number to ring to check for local problem, it's 0800 561 0061.

Also push for a refund of part payment on your bill!

My Virgin broadband has certainly been weak for a while now.

Wow you guys on the Ladder seem to have loads of problems with Virgin that we don't here in Tottenham proper!
