Make sure you ask for a refund for loss of service, they are normally pretty good at giving you this, if you ask of course!
Yes we have the same problem. no service since last Saturday and will continue without until wednesday according to customer service. Have asked for refund. Virgin media have been rubbish and uncommitted to let us know what is wrong and when it will definitely be fixed.
That is absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't live without internet for a day, let alone five days.
Time for all you Virgins to bombard Ofcom with complaints.
I would never go with them since they seem to spend huge amounts of their subscribers' money on weekly junk mail drops.
