There's an item on this week's planning list ref HGY/2017/0821, viz:
The submission of reserved matters namely a) Scale b) Layout c) Landscape and d) Appearance for Building C7 comprising a total of 104 residential homes; and 337m2 (GEA) of commercial floorspace.
I think, on a very quick skim read, that it's the detailed plan for the first block to be built, that they will then submit such for each building as they go along.
It may be worth some of you having a look to check what they are up to, I can only cope with one mega development at a time.

It's hard enough getting on the Piccadilly Line at Manor House as it is in rush hour!
I do. I am also capable of expressing sympathy for people not even at my tube station.
I wonder if they start with the tallest, ugliest building then once that is approved you can't object to any of the other buildings on grounds that they bring down the tone of the area?
The towers at Woodberry Downs are really beautiful, especially with the sun on them.
I've had a slightly more critical view from an Architect who said that it had the usual cheap "interesting" features of a tower to get past planning. I also noted that the gardens are designed to look good from a height more than to look good on the ground.
