Update on Endymion Road Zebra Crossing

Hi everyone,

Further to previous posts, this is to let you know that residents around the Zebra have been lobbying the Council for improvements to this dangerous crossing.

The current situation is that a Project Engineer from Haringey Council is hoping to improve signage at the crossing, but is waiting on funding in April. The Council cannot promise any bigger improvements at this time, however, the crossing is included in the Green Lanes Area Transport Survey (GLATS), which has the potential to implement further changes. I am trying to get in contact with GLATS, but if anyone has further information about who to lobby, please let me know. We are also waiting to hear of the date for a Metropolitan Police Community Roadwatch Event on Endymion Road, to monitor speeding.
