unknown caller on Wightman Road

Does anyone recognise this man?

A neighbour thought this man was behaving strangely at her front door.

There was a car break in on Warham Road, I think the night of the 12th and the photo that was circulated could be this guy. Note backpack in both. My camera video also got what looks like the same guy at that time just before the car break in but no back pack. It's of course not certain as this is common street dress, quality of pics, etc.
