For 'urban' read 'pretend beach where you'd least expect to find one'.

We went down to have a peak through the fence today and they have gone to a lot of effort.  There seem to be lots of games for younger kids but there is food stalls + a stage etc so I think there are also something to keep younger teens engaged.  This may be the closest some kids get to a beach this year.
