UK's largest Urban Beach?

Ducketts Common this week is playing host too the CA beach which the posters tell us is "the UK's largest urban beach"

So how is Blackpool not urban?

For 'urban' read 'pretend beach where you'd least expect to find one'.

We went down to have a peak through the fence today and they have gone to a lot of effort.  There seem to be lots of games for younger kids but there is food stalls + a stage etc so I think there are also something to keep younger teens engaged.  This may be the closest some kids get to a beach this year.
