Two local benefit gigs raise money for Tottenham Fund

Following Tottenham's recent troubles, two benefit gigs have managed to raise nearly £2,000 for the Mayor's Tottenham fund.

August's Comedy night at the Big Green Bookshop in Wood Green was a special benefit night for Tottenham which raised £442. A full write up of the night can be found on the BGBS blog

Meanwhile, on Friday 26th August, Tottenham Choir and their star friends staged a benefit gig at the Millfield Theatre. Local artists, including Artcha and Nate Young as well as Citizen Helene (soon to be performing at the Harringay Festival), raised a splendid £1532 for the fund.
