This from
Andy Newman at the Gardens' Residents Association.
I have been talking on the phone to Licensing several times today after reading the the reapplication for Gaming license at 48 Grand Parade.
The notice is outside the premises - I called Licensing this morning and they did not know about the application but when I called back this afternoon after double checking they had by then received the application in the post today?
From what I understand - Frankice (Golders Green) Ltd have re- applied for an amendment to their license and plan to split the premises to have more Jackpot Machines.
The original application went for a maximum of Jackpot machines which I believe is 4 machines at a Jackpot of £400 each. If they split the premises into 3 areas they can have 3 x the number of Jackpot machines. i.e. 12 machines at £400 each Jackpot
Anyone may object (representation) to this application by 3/12/08
A representation form is attached as a PDF file below if you wish to object
I suggest we also keep an eye out Under Planning Applications concerning the Physical Splitting of the Premises also?
Best wishes
Andy - GRA
