This Portuguese street artist, Artur Bordalo, creates the most astonishing sculptures out of rubbish that he finds.

I think we should invite him to Haringey. We've got plenty of material for him to work with!

Well that's because the drugs needed to picture something like that are not illegal in Portugal.
