The Roses of Harringay Passage

I tell myself that I don't like roses, except the pretty wild roses of the hedgerow. Then I go for a walk down Harringay Passage on a glorious May evening and I realise I'm wrong (again).

An evening stroll down the Passage right now will reward you with displays of deep red, pretty pink and white and even a close encounter with a bee on a wandering bramble bush spilling over a wall
