Fail!
I saw this attached to a couple of entries on Twitter and thought why? So looked it up. Okay this one is pretty obvious as to meaning but apparently its

"Now a one word sentence primarily used [on the Interweb thingy] to mock, sometimes with a touch of sympathy"

Hmmm, is sympathy what you feel when you view these moments of Fail!
