that newish kebab place at corner of Falkland
Its closed down already! Someone thought it was owned by Mr Athena Palace? It was a dark gloomy virtually empty curry house up until last year, then it was all done up and the final touch - photos of plates of kebabs etc all round the windows.....groan.... someone take it over and make it something else, like Cafe Limon...... please...!!!

I know, James. Let the Conservatives move their Constituency Hq there, so their new candidate Sean Sullivan can live above the shop rather than in distant Dalston. If Grand Parade can be saturated with estate agents and betting shops, why not concentrate the politicians and barristers on Falkland Road?

I'd like a shop like the Haelen centre in Crouch End - or is that too middle class trendy for Green Lanes. Well I don't care, we could start a cooperative- perhaps the protection racket that operates in most of Green Lanes would pass us by? What a hope!
