Temporary creative space needed

As a local artist, I am seeking a free and temporary creative space (as close to Turnpike Lane as possible).

The requirements are quite basic:

Basic lighting

Electricity - not essential, but a socket or two would be good

Ventilation

At least 100 square feet of floor space

The timescale could be around two months. Any help gratefully received. I have a large exhibition planned for 2014, and essentially require a safe place to create the artworks - which will primarily involve the use of spray paints and stencils. With so many closed shops, it would be ideal to find a pop-up location, which is temporary and reasonably clean.

There is scope to trade art for space (like the good old days!)
