Technical Problems with Starting a New Post?

I've had a trickle of reports over the past few months from people who can't add a new post. They get the following error message.

The two over the last week have both been trying to post via mobile.

I'm trying to get the platform hosts to find a fix. But they've not been very helpful so far.

Has anyone else had the same issue?
