On its way from Shoeburyness to Portsmouth. Coast to (south) coast, then.

The locomotive is 'Mayflower' in striking green livery, which may lead younger watchers to connect it with Henry the Green Engine, from the 'Thomas the Tank Engine' series.

[EDIT] Date changed to Fri 23 June, time now uncertain, maybe about 0810. Also Fri 30 June morning, again 'Flying Scotsman'.

PS The rail strike on Wed 31 does not involve signalling staff, so the train should run.

Hello there. Thank you for this. I would like to take my grandkids and believe it might pass through South Tottenham. But the minute by minute link does not seem to work.
