St Ann' and Harringay Area Forum. 5 March

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that the next meeting of the St. Ann’s and Harringay Area Forum and Committee will be held on Thursday 5th March 2015 at 6.30pm at St Ann’s Library, Cissbury Road, N15 5PU. Items on the agenda for the meeting will include:

· Traffic on the Harringay Ladder – Concerns and issues and associated consultation on traffic management proposals.

· Chestnuts Community Centre – Proposals for the future of this local resource.

· Local Policing Issues – Priorities, results and allocation of resources.

· ‘Soap Box’ – This item provides an opportunity for people attending the meeting to make comments and raise any concerns they may have regarding local issues. (Please contact: oliver.craxton@haringey.gov.uk, or on the telephone number below in advance of the meeting, or alternatively on the evening before the start of the meeting, to arrange to speak about your issue).

For the first three items above there will be a discussion followed by a question and answer session.

Attending the Area Forum also gives you an opportunity to meet your local Councillors and raise issues with them and Neighbourhood Action Team (NAT) officers prior to the start of the meeting.i

I hope you will be able to attend the meeting, and I will write to you again in the near future when the agenda is published, which is likely to be early next week, but in the meantime, I have attached to this email a poster/flyer publicising the meeting which you are free to circulate or display should you wish to do so.
