Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Ok, a question for someone with a it more technical intuition than me.

I inadvertently clicked on a word whilst using the desktop version of WA on my Windows machine. Instead of selecting the correct spelling I selected 'add to dictionary'. It is a word I often spell wrong (sausage fingers + muscle memory are never a good mix). So, am I now destined to never get a squiggly red line to tell me of my error again?

I have tried to work out how to find and edit the relevant dictionary the word has gone into, but I cannot find anything online that might point me in the right direction.

Any thoughts out there in HoL Land?

Think it's in the Windows dictionary.

You can view this to confirm by opening settings and typing 'dictionary' into the search field. Should see an option to  "view contents of local user dictionary".

Editing it is a bit convoluted, but I just tried the following and can confirm it works...

I never thanked you for this Ian, it seems to work!
