My flat (my former home!), is available for a couple or single person, to let on a long-term basis. Ideally 1 year minimum but can be longer 2-3 years etc.

Large kitchen, separate living room, bath/shower in 1, all mod-cons (excluding a dishwasher), and a sunny balcony that fits a small table and 2 chairs I am leaving.
Furnished with most accessories provided such as hoover, basic cutlery, pans, bowls, iron etc.
Double bed and separate walk in wardrobe. Advert is also up on Open Rent. NO-SMOKERS or pets please.
£1,200 + rent. No agency fees, just me as your Landlord. Relatively new boiler, and bathroom re-furb. EPC Cert being obtained.
No lift, stairs only- 2 flights. General parking available on the estate. Friendly neighbours and flat is very quiet and warm!
