Thanks. Do your comments relate only to the front page module or to the quite separate module I trialled that appeared at the end of discussions?

Good question. I am talking mainly about the new Featured Articles bit on the front page and the previous version where you had large images showing things that we may be intersted in.

I am not sure I saw anything specifically at the end of any discusssion.... I may be missing a trick here.

So you didn't like the front page thing? It's mainly aimed at the less frequent visitor who wants to pick up on the more newsy items without going through all the conversations.

I quite liked the picture module, but it turns out it was Apple incompatible. So a non-starter really, give that 35% of HoL access is by mobile.

My comments at Level 4, just above referred to the end of post module I trialed for a couple of days which suggested other posts "You might like....".

Thanks Hugh - I saw it on NCN - there is a discussion ongoing which mentions a couple of alternative tools... not researched them yet.

Like you I suppose I was looking for something that would surface old posts automatically and keep things bubbling - without the need for me to unearth, and re promote older content. I guess its back to hand knitted curation!
