So, the inevitable has happened. After illegally converting three units into one and then moving out, Sira has de facto created a single unit. Dogtas will move in, then find a new venue (they weren't in the old pub long) and then presumably move out to be replaced by... hmmm...

That's not really the case. It was always authorised to be a shop (that's what it was when it was Fairline), the issue was it couldn't be a restaurant.
