Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Can anyone recommend a good (but not too good with regard fees!) solicitor, for making a will with some child-care related complications?

Thanks, Julia

Julia unless your will is likely to be complicated, you could consider saving money by DIY.

Here's some links. Even if you do go to a solicitor in the end, you'll be better informed by some research.

I seem to remember that the most important single thing about wills is the witnessing. Two people have to witness the signing and they must not be beneficiaries. I seem to remember reading in the Guinness Book of Records that the shortest will was "All to xyz". Because it was properly witnessed, it was a valid will.

Several friends and I have all used Cramer Pelmont for house buying and would gladly recommend them. I checked and they also do wills and probate.

Hi

Howard Pallis at www.lawandadvocacy.co.uk   is very nice to deal  with.

His office is opposite the Hornsey Police station.
