Snow Patrol - grit and determination part 2
Thanks to the generosity of Steve Hatch from Castles estate agents, the Snow Patrol now has some shiny new equipment. Even more amazingly, Steve's acquired 5 buckets of precious grit!
The equipment is two grit/sand/salt spreaders, lots of buckets and some grit/salt.
At the moment it's in my cellar, but it might make sense for it to be stored in various points down the passage with snow patrol volunteers.
Anyone want to volunteer as a holder of grit/equipment?

It's really heartening that instead of the usual moaning about the council/ government not doing something and passively waiting and complaining local people showed community spirit, organised,acted. Neighbours are doing it for themselves... o no I feel a huggy moment coming on ....
