Amit, I think it's actually this place https://www.halkevi.org.uk/about in the next borough, not the Kurdish Community Centre on Portland Gdns. But it is, I agree, a great piece. Thanks for sharing.

Ah thank you! I wasn't sure. It was the reference to the 341 (and, to be fair, the wood-panelled walls adorned with pictures) that threw me!
