Smart Homes - Open Home Events

The Smart Homes programme provides home improvement energy efficiency grants of up to £6,000 to help make your home better, warmer and greener.

Smart Homes have teamed up with SuperHomes to provide homeowners in Haringey, Hackney, Islington, Waltham Forest, Camden and Enfield with an opportunity to visit refurbished homes and speak to homeowners about their experience installing energy efficiency measures.

Smart Homes is offering grants to residents (both owner occupiers and landlords) in the areas above to install wall insulation and other energy conservation measures. Grants available will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

• Open Days, tours starting times: 1pm, 2pm and 3pm, lasting 45 minutes

You will need to select the required Open Home event on the webpage and fill in basic details.

Following this you will receive a confirmation of the booking and an event reminder up to two days before the event. The events are by booking only and there will be a tour guide (the homeowner) on site at all events to answer questions etc.
