Side return/Kitchen extension

Hello,

 

we have just got planning permission for a side return extension to make a large kitchen/diner, but are in need of the following to make it happen

 

* architect

* structural engineer 

* builders

 

Have you, or someone you know, recently had an extension built and could recommend people? 

I've had a look through the forums and other recommendations but couldn't find what we are after. Decoracus are repeatedly mentioned, but they gave us a quote and was a bit more than we could afford.

Hi Amelia

West Gate Maintenance on Hornsey Road has just finished working for us. They have done a great job and I have found them to be very professional, clean, and friendly. They have a website www.west-gate.net or you can ring the manager Annette O'Connor on 02072814291. As far as I know they can do it all for you. 

I was impressed with them. They are the builders who have provided us with all the relevant paperwork before they started the job.

Thanks very much for the tip, we'll give West Gate a ring. Did they do a side return extension for you? If they did, would you be able to give me a ballpark figure of what it cost? No worries if not, just trying to get an idea of what is a realistic amount.

No it was internal work for the church on Mattison Rd.

A2studio have done a side return extension as well as a loft conversion for us. We were very happy with their work and love the end result. Their website is http://a2studio.co.uk/
Price was good and they have a good structural engineer they work with a lot.
