Full list finally up at 10.30 today on Haringey website in the form of a word document...a little late and surely there must be a better way to deal with the need to convey info quickly than that?

Yes. I bet if the teachers were organising a strike then they would use text messages and online forums.

Funnily enough we were told by NHP by text at around 8.00am so good on them for being so organised.

From this morning's Guardian, but about the "non-British workers" strike up North:

A union source said feelings were running "extremely high" at scores of other sites, adding that the action appeared to have been co-ordinated via mobile phones, text messages and online forums. "This is unofficial action so it is impossible to say with any certainty what will happen but it seems fairly clear from what we are hearing that this is only going to grow."

Cynical? Moi?

Full list now available from the site but some kind of live feed would have been useful this morning. The technology is there to allow a text to be sent to a website to update on changing info. Camden council has one...
