If it's timber sashes you want then I can recommend Acorn. I think the manager lives above one of the shops on the Parade, you'll often see his vans at the bottom of Seymour. We had a load of work done to our house last year - builders, plumbers, tilers etc etc. - several of the tradespeople we used were dreadful but Acorn's replacement and renewal of our windows was excellent.
