Renewing parking permit ( no changes to address, car etc)

Hi, we had the same message yesterday so I've emailed haringey including a screen grab as I don't want to end up with a parking ticket

Actually got to the payment stage on Friday - paid, but no download of permit page appeared - so after hunting about to find the seemingly concealed number I rang Parking to find - "...you are number seven in the queue, the expected wait time is 26 minutes..." I gave up after ten minutes as I'd only moved to number six. So I've submitted a complaint.

I suggest you submit an online complaint form.

This happened to me so I forwarded the receipt email to the permits-vouchers email address and they emailed me my permit a couple of days later.

Haringey have confirmed their is an issue with their system that's been ongoing for months, which they have been attempting to fix.  Apparently it doesn't effect all renewals, I just had to renew over the phone, 15 minute wait.  At least they are posting the permit  first class and have also emailed a reference number

This hasn't been going on for months - it's years! But for the first time this year I was able to apply and download my permit straightaway. Those gremlins were obviously taking a break. I usually email them with all the details and receive a printable permit almost by return.
