removal firm - any recommendations/companies to avoid

Hello,

I'm looking for a great and reasonably priced removal company who won't trash our stuff or the paintwork etc of the houses we are leaving and moving to!

We are moving locally but need a proper professional company, rather than a 'man with a van' set up as we have rather a lot of stuff.

And if you have any 'don't touch this lot with a barge pole' experiences, I would be interested to hear them (maybe by message if you prefer) so I can minimise risk of disasters.

We used Relocate Removals from Dagenham. Only moved half a mile but they loaded and unloaded on a baking hot day.
No complaints even when carrying boxes of books to the third floor.

Another vote for Rogers. We had them pack and move us, and they were nice guys who did a good job. At the time we were in an upstairs flat with no lift and they worked really hard with no whinging.
