Young Commissioners are a youth led team who commission activities for young people within the borough. This role positions young people at the heart of services for young people and equips them with the skills and experience necessary to articulate their priorities based on a thorough analysis of needs.

During this process they:

• commission projects
• manage budgets
• train third sector organisations and young people
• conduct unannounced/announced inspections to improve the quality of services within their community
