Michail recently did an excellent job of repainting the interior of my flat. 

He is very hard working, trustworthy and reliable, and a nice person to have around.  His rates were reasonable and his estimates for the job start date, duration, and overall cost were accurate.  He gave lots of advice about paint colours and finishes.
