Hi Joe,

We used Vanessa for our rear extension project and would recommend her services, she was just what we needed to move our project forward - flexible, the right balance between making suggestions and sort of accepting that we had a pretty clear vision ourselves. She did our drawings for our permitted development application and we really needed a service like hers to get us there.
