I was very happy with the work these guys did (I worked with George), and I think I got the original rec from this site. So poke around HOL and you might find more feedback.

I would also strongly recommend Bespoke Shutters, as suggested by Jon ship.  Had mine done a couple of months ago and I am delighted with them.
