Recommendation: carpenter + painting and general handy-work

I've recently had Karol help with some maintenance stuff at my home.  He is a skilled, qualified carpenter - from buiding walls and ceilings to fitted furniture - and has sorted out other things like grouting and painting and fixing rotted wood on window frames.  He is lovely, timely, does a great job and gets on with it in a straightforward way.
