Can I still use my paper scratch-off Visitor permits?

Or is the entire system now digital-only?

{I've checked the website and it is not entirely clear)

Scratch permits are still accepted but, as far as I know, new ones will not be issued. When you run out you have to use digital ones.

Apparently the council had so many complaints about the difficulty in ordering online visitors’ parking vouchers that they’ve made them available again! I for one am relieved.  Ordered them last week and they arrived the other day.
