Why the passport? Are they being shipped from abroad?
Puppies are considered too young to be parted from their mother until they are 8 weeks old. Also is your friend breeding dogs for profit?

Sorry, this post was not for a friend but someone I met in the park.
Not sure it was necessarily that wise to have posted on HoL for her as I thought a flurry of comments might follow.
I was not sure of the validity of the whole situation but she seemed genuinely very worried about not having found the dogs homes. I hoped that an HoL user might know someone who understood the expense and responsibility of taking on a pet.
She said they were 3 months old, so maybe this is old enough to be found new owners.
I was just worried about their fate and was trying to help for the sake of the dogs rather than their owner.
I hope it is all above board.

3months ie 12weeks is old enough for re-homing ,but they do seem to be a bit on the cheap side ! considering breed ,chip ,passport etc...
But maybe owner is not looking to make a profit.

I volunteer for the RSCPA - Vanessa if there is genuine concern for their fate, I would suggest your friend or anyone who knows them to contact the RSPCA North and Central London office who I am sure would be happy to advise on the best way forward:
