Problems with logging into the online permit account
Anyone having problems getting into their Online Permit Account?
On two occasions now I can't get into my account. I get locked out having attempted too many times. Resetting the password, doesn't seem to work I get the message "password is invalid" and get locked out again, even though I had just reset and got the email to confirm...arghhh frustration again!!!

Ok Thanks... had to call CS in the end as had a visitor and needed to getting a visitors parking permit. Sorted very quickly and efficiently.

I had to give up. I now park in the bit that doesn't need a permit, which means my car is far away, but it was impossible to sort it out. I hate this council!
