As an ex-pupil, I was hoping someone could give me any news or info. on other pupils, teachers etc.
I left tht school in 1964.

Priory Vale School merged with The Stationers' Company's School in 1967 to form a new comprehensive. Many of the staff remained with the new school - some names that come to mind are Salter, Rumney, van Graan, Ollerenshaw, Powell (there are others whose names I can't bring to mind). Stationers' itself closed in 1983 to merge with William Forster School in Tottenham to become The Langham School (now Park View Academy) in West Green Road. I was a teacher at Stationers' and Langham. I can't now remember which pupils originated at Priory Vale, but if you mention a few names of those who would have moved to Stationers' in 1967, I might have some memories of them.
I remember you, Paul, and I recognise Andrew Cavill and (I think) Michael Jenkinson in the photo.
I was at that prize-giving and shook hands with Douglas Bader on receiving my certificate for passing RSAs in English, Maths, Geography and Physics. This enabled me to go on for the following year form (1964-5) which was 6A for GCE "O" levels. The masters were: Messrs. Bradfield (maths), Tunbridge (physics and deputy Head), Gifford (English), Stone (I think) geography, Hubbard (PE) and Isaacs (history).
