Postcards wars

Out of my league - this postcard of 748 Tottenham High Rd just bid up to £306 on e*ay. [I didn't say Sold, as who knows if this will turn into a real transaction?]  Two bidders head-to-head since it was first listed.

This building is still there on Street View, it seems to be part of the Spurs complex so could it be about some of those famous rich footballer-type people? 

Described as 'Chocolate Factory. The North London Creamo Company, 748, High Road, Tottenham', that's one very precious small square of cardboard.
