HAGA do seem to be a worthy organisation. Their profile is one of help and support rather than blame and finger wagging. The big picture, though is still one where the big drinks companies, like the gambling industries, are controlling the agenda. Successive governments have bent over backwards to liberalise licensing for alcohol and gaming. Booze is available in every other shop and gambling, both in shops and online, ruins lives as does alcohol. Still, plaudits to HAGA who are trying to bring the issue to public attention while obviously trying not to be preachy....
