Exactly. I thought it was lucky my kid was in the pram... wouldn't want him to run off and then just run straight through it/pick anything up...

I have seen this happen a few times, and you just think how disgusting to leave things and not refer on to relevant team to clean it up.
Viruses such as Hep B etc can live outside of the body for 6 weeks.
Surely that is an Environmental issue!
